As each item is handmade, slight variations in colour, size and finish may occur. We do our best to ensure product descriptions and photographs accurately represent each item, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there has been an error in pricing, stock availability or payment.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays that are outside of our control.

7. Handmade & Custom Items
Because many of our products are handmade, each item is unique.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
